Hi all,
Connection goes well. Permissions are well set to "full access". I even see the blue hand, which indicates I do click, but it doesn't open the app on the remote android device. This is very annoying as I have no other way to remotely connect to that android device.
I have tried this on a Windows 10 and a Windows 11 laptop to two different android 11 devices,
I have read online that many people have this problem but still not found if there is a solution.
Any advice would be appreciated.

P.S. I have also noticed that connecting the android 11 to the Windows 10 system, clicking works fine.
