I'm using the Free versions of TeamViewer to support family and friends' PCs and tablets.
My mother who is 102 years old and slowly going blind is now using a Samsung (Android) tablet. I've installed TeamViewer Host on the tablet and assigned to my email. I need to allow my sister, my brother, and my niece to have remote access. She frequently needs assistance with the tablet and none of us lives closer than 3 hours from her. If multiple family members have access this would allow her to receive support much quicker.
With TeamViewer Host, I can remotely access her tablet but I cannot assign the other family members access. I assume this is a limitation of TeamViewer Host. Is this correct?
Is there a solution?
