I hope you can help me. We are using the current version 15.48.4 and were able to configure the settings so that the session recording starts as soon as a Teamviewer session starts. The user then always gets the message: agree to the recording. For whatever reason, this no longer works. I have already tried everything possible, other Q-Support from the website. Uninstalling, cleaning the appdata directories, checking the registry and much more. If I start the recording manually, the message appears and the recordings are created and saved as usual. Can someone please help me here? Thank you
