Every time I open remote session with client in teamviewer, the connection drops after 10 min.
That happens with different customers, different devices
Can anyone help me please?

Do you have any error messages when the connection drops?
At first, we would suggest you log out from your user account and then log in again.
Also, you can check if the latest version of TeamViewer is installed on both sides of the connection: Update TeamViewer.
