I thought we purchased a license and paid [Removed as per Community Guidelines] for something, but now I'm getting a message that I can't log in.

Please know that it is essential to activate the TeamViewer license with your TeamViewer account after purchasing the TeamViewer license.
To activate your TeamViewer license, please check the activation link which is sent out as the purchase email from TeamViewer.

Upon to activation, licensed connections can be established after signing in with your licensed TeamViewer account!
