- Go to the Windows start menu any locate TeamViewer.
- Right-click TeamViewer, go to More and click Run as administrator.

The solution would be to run TeamViewer as administrator.
Now, access the options again - they won't be greyed out anymore.

Yes, it is possible to create one permanent password, and that password can be used for unattended access.
We explain how to set it up here: Remote control via personal password
However, we recommend another method for unattended access. Please find our recommended unattended access setup here: Provide unattended remote support
📌Note: The advantage of the second method is that you are using the TeamViewer Host on the target computer, specifically designed for unattended access, and not using any passwords for the connections.
