Hello,
I purchased the license as a single user.
When I log in to my application it tells me that I am a non-paying user.
Why ?

If you are still recognized as a non-paying user, this means that you haven't activate your license yet to your account.
We offer two different single-user licenses. Please click on the activation guide according to your license and follow the steps:
