Hello @apsylone,
It is great to have you here in the Community!
From the screenshot you shared, we can see it is a shared group created by you. To leave the shared group, you may ask the new group owner to edit the permission on your account by deleting the account to stop sharing. That is a workaround for leaving the group.
In the case that you prefer to delete the group, I have then used one of my shared groups for testing. Please delete all the devices and contacts then select Edit, the Delete button will be displayed on the middle right side. That is for the group deletion.
Can you run a test and see if you will get a different outcome this time? I hope to hear from you soon!

Hi,
Thanks for your answer, but I cannot delete the computers in the group.
The button edit is gray, also when i have checked computers.
Also, I cannot ask the owner to remove my rights, because I don't have contact with him anymore...
Thanks for your help,

Hi @apsylone ,
We thank you for your question and all the information provided!
My colleague @Ying_Q isn't available at the moment, so I stepped in to help. 😄
I checked your case with our support team, and they confirmed to me that to delete a shared group you must have admin permission.
If the group was not shared with you with admin permissions, you would need to contact the current administrator to ask for the removal.
I understand this resolution isn't ideal for you since you mentioned you no longer have contact with the group owner; therefore, please consider posting your feedback in our Ideas Hub. We can't guarantee that this feature can be implemented in the future, but it's the best way to communicate to our development teams the changes and improvements you would like to see in TeamViewer.
We thank you again for your patience and understanding.
Please let us know if we can help you any further.
Best, Carol
