How can I log in to Windows 11 using a tablet with Android 4.2?

Android 4.2 only allows you to install TeamViewer version 14.1.87 CL.

TeamViewer 15 for windows does not allow connection, version 14 only allows local session.

Is there any way I can solve the problem of remote computer control via the Internet?
