I am trying to remote control my 99 year old Mom's Lenovo Tab M10 Plus Android tablet.

I want to be able to remotely get on her tablet & help her play Netflix. I can get on tablet, but I cannot seem to control Netflix or use my Windows mouse or buttons to start a film.

I have Host installed & running on the tablet, along with the Teamviewer Univerrsal add on. It didn't work before I downloaded add on, & still doesn't after I did download add on & turn on.

Can you help me? Thank you.
