In Teamviewer some of the computers listed as gray (like offline) are still online and can be accessed normally.
Client computers rebooted, no change.
Any ideas why?

I am also facing the same issue. Also, the machines which are online they are also not shown in the list. So the IT Team has to take the Id of the end user and then connect to the respective machine. I have reported this issue to TV Team and waiting for the solution on this. I hope they responsd ASAP on this issue.
