As the title states. Is there any info on this?

Since the update, quick support will no longer open on 3/4 of the devices I use. Some, the update is ok. Most of the others is a not go.

I have uninstalled, reinstalled from the play store. Cleared Cache, data. You name it, I have probably tried it.

I get the splash screen and then it crashes. I have a variety of Android boxes I use to operate my cameras. They are all different. This issue is affecting all different versions of them. It doesn't matter the make or model.

Everything was perfectly fine until this latest Quick Support update. I have checked with with others using android devices as well and they are reporting the same issue.

I have even tried using Team viewer host with same results.

I am dead in the water without any access to any of my devices.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

After digging into this. It seems to be some sort of bad install that seems to randomly happen.

I checked the log and I'm getting a crash_dump32 access denied. Some sort of security issue with runtime permissions.

There's an issue with this app and the Android OS.
