Hi, I just installed "Security key redirection but it doesn't show up in my session! Can someone help me with this case? I need to enroll a key through TeamViewer but now I am stocked! I have a license. Thanks.

May I ask you check the TeamViewer license and see if it is TeamViewer Tensor please? Security key redirection does have a license requirement for TeamViewer Tensor.
