I need to control a remote Apple Vision Pro to help my mother who's located in another state. Is it possible? The Apple Store recently suggested that it would but that they didn't support it or know much about it. Thanks. Bill

According to our announcement (link above), the remote control of Apple Vision Pro is currently possible with a TeamViewer Tensor license.
If you don't have a TeamViewer Tensor license and are using TeamViewer just for personal use, please consider checking TeamViewer Assist AR. You can find the supported operating systems here.
