Currently, Google and Microsoft accounts are only compatible for personal use. If you purchased a license, please activate it on a standard TeamViewer account, which is linked to an e-mail address.
Please try creating a new account to use with your license.

Your login processes are horrible.
I had to create another account to login to this forum.
Also, I followed the instructions. I go to TeamViewer classic interface, I login with email and a password and the software says that I am a customer with a social login and I am back to my original question.

Also, another problem.
I somehow succeeded in logging in with TeamViewer email and a password.
But my device was gone, the interface said that it was invalid device or something similar.
I logged out and in again (with TeamViewr credentials) and it was there.
Very inconsistent behaviour.
