Allow Remote Control
Against the "Your ID" under the heading Allow Remote Control I have a nine digit number. Against "Password" I used to have something but that has suddenly disappeared.
Should that original password be shown in the space? How do I recover that Password, (sorry I stupidly didn't make a note of it) or how do I enter a new password?

Dear Val,
Thank you for your post!
If your TeamViewer does not display a random password below your ID, the password has probably been disabled. You can re-enable it under "Extras > Options > Security > Random password":
Please note that the random password will change every time you shut down and restart the software.
If you need a permanent password that always stays the same for a specific computer, you can set up a personal password under "Extras > Options > Security > Personal password":
I hope this was helpful!
All the best,
Katharina
