And the support service doesn't help because I didn't buy a license. And I don't see anything in the teamviewer community. The moderators can't help properly.
I have the same problem and I don't know what to do.
I installed the free teamviewer for personal use. When I try to assign my device using my gmail account, I get the following error message
So I am unable to assign my device. How do I get around this?

Currently, Google and Microsoft accounts are only compatible for personal use. If you purchased a license, please activate it on a standard TeamViewer account, which is linked to an e-mail address.
