License Withdrawal and Refund

To date, I have submitted several tickets to obtain a refund, but I have not received any response, and some tickets have even been closed. The number to speak with one of your representatives is also nonexistent, and the chat that is supposed to put you in direct contact with one of your operators is evidently a joke. It tells you that you are number x in the queue, and when it is about to be your turn, absolutely nothing happens. For the price of the requested and paid product, really a terrible customer service, congratulations!!!

    Please know that our Community cannot process any license cancellation request - we can only terminate your membership from the Community itself (Teams of Use). All license cancellation requests must be processed via ticket by the designated team.

    If your ticket is closed, but you need further clarification from our support team, it's necessary to give them a call during working hours. The local phone number and working hours you can find on our page: https://www.teamviewer.com/en/global/support/customer-support/
