I am managing the email server of a company. An employee created a TeamViewer account with the email address [removed by moderator], but they reported that they are unable to log in because the password reset email did not arrive. I suspected that the email might have been filtered as spam, but that does not seem to be the case. I am posting here because I think the account might be suspended by TeamViewer. I would appreciate it if you could check the status of the account.
