Connection blocked - Cant login to account

I`ve been using Teamviewer for years without any issues, but now i`m completely stumped! When someone is trying to connect to my PC they get an error: Connection blocked. At the bottom left of my Teamviewer it says "ready to connect. (secure connection)" but its just not working.

I allso cannot log into my account in Teamviewer, it just says "login failure - Unknown error. Try again later"

I have reinstalled and everything is up to date. I tried getting support via the chat robot, it suggested that i disabled UDP and hardware acceleration. This didnt help either.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I just want to confirm that your issue is with multiple different devices not being able to remote into your computer, correct?

I would suggest to do the following.

I understand you explained you did an uninstall/reinstall, but I would suggest this time around doing an advanced uninstallation via the instructions in the Knowledge Base article pasted below. You will want to make sure you follow the advanced steps carefully.

Once uninstalled, just reinstall as normal and attempt to open the app and sign in.

If the issue still persists, if possible, try connecting the device in question to a different network and see if anyone can connect then.

If so, then the issue is 100% network related and something within your network settings is blocking the connection.

I would then suggest to follow the instructions outlined in this next Knowledge Base article pasted below. You can use the Port information to perform port forwarding on your network router if necessary.

Hi Matt, and thanks for the reply.

I went through the uninstall process step by step, but the problem still persists. I allso tried using a different network, but that didnt make any difference either. As a last resort i installed Teamviewer on my wife`s laptop to double check that it was possible, and i had no problems connecting to her PC. I allso try to log in my account on the Teamviewer i installed on her laptop, that allso worked fine. So im pretty sure the issue is confined to my own PC.

I`ve tried to use Teamviewer on 3-4 different networks but it just blocks whoever is trying to connect. It would have been really helpful if the error message gave some info on why the connection is blocked, but it just says "a connection could not be established". Could there be settings on my PC that blocks the connection from others?
