cannot reset password

We cannot reset password to main administrative account [Removed as per Community Guidelines].

There are no mail with reset pass. procedure. On mail server log i dont seen any mail from teamviewer servers.

    We would suggest adding the *@teamviewer.com domain to your allowlist with your e-mail server settings. Then send a new password reset e-mail and see if you find that it arrives successfully.
