Hello,

Our client has a computer which is his property, but it runs our software. The most convenient way to manage this computer for both us and our clinet would be to grant unlimited acces to both client's IT team and our company. We both use Team Viewer paid version. Can we setup Team Viewer Host in such a way?

Kind regards,
Michal

    Hello @3D_Estate

Welcome to our Community and thank you for your first post! 🌏️

You would first want to decide who is going to be the main owner of the device. Meaning which user account the device will be managed to.

Whoever is going to manage the device, they can then add any other user they would like as contact to their TeamViewer user account.

Either by following the instructions in the Knowledge Base article pasted below:

Add computers and contacts to your account (teamviewer.com)

OR if they are in the new user interface, they can select the address book icon in the top right side, and then select add contact, and put in the users email.

Once the other user is added as contact, the owner can add the contact as a manager of the device itself at the device level, and grant the new manager the Easy Access Permission.

This next article below will outline these permissions more in detail.
