Cannot connect to customer to assist him with teamviwer

Hi,

i can not connect via teamviwer from my new computer to a customer who have launch a quicksupport session.

When i type the session id, nothing happen.

I can connect with my old computer.

i have uninstall and reinstall teamviewer, try with different internet connections, deactivate temporarly the firewall with no success.

Can somebody help me please.
