Hello, with the new interface I can't find a way to assign users to each of my groups/folder ( → I need to make some groups available and visible to new users). Can you tell me how to do it?
Hello @idemarco Thank you for your contribution to our Community by making this post! 🌏️ With the web application only being able to load in the new user interface, this makes these classic Groups that you are trying to add users to, incompatible for full functionality with it. You will need to either go the classic Management Console at login.teamviewer.com, or the classic user interface in the desktop application and follow the instructions outlined in the Knowledge Base article posted below.
