BLOCKED - Can't access TeamViewer website, support or customer portal

Hi Community

Is anyone else having problems accessing TeamViewer website, support or customer portal?

I just cloud flare blocked page, which is not the filtering system my company uses.

Can't contact, email TeamViewer or log a ticket, anything, as just get the blocked page as below.

I can access the management portal but as soon as I use the links to support or customer portal I get the cloudflare blocked page?

Any help would be appreciated.

    Thank you for your post and welcome to our Community.

    As a first attempt to solve the issue, can you clear the Cache & Cookies of your Browser?

    Maybe this helps already.

    It's Simon that you were talking to on FB messenger.

    Have tried clearing cache etc and no joy, also get the same results on 2 other browsers.

    I can access TeamViewer website on my mobile via 4G but when I try to access the customer portal at service.teamviewer.com from both my two mobiles on 4G which are on different telco networks I get these messages, again being managed by cloudflare?

    Any ideas?
