Password reset

I am trying to get into my account. I am trying to set a password, but I never get the password reset e-mail. I try to contact support, but only licensed users are allowed to do that. I am trying to access my account under  [removed per Community Guidelines]

I had to create another email account here just to be able to post this question. Is there someone that can help me with what i need to do or could be doing wrong that I am not getting the reset emails? I cant set up my device as a trusted device also because i am not getting emails at all from Teamviewer
