Reclaim your Free Version

Has anyone had any success in the last 2 weeks in getting their free TeamViewer use reinstated via the link: https://www.teamviewer.com/en/special/reset-management/ ?

I've had no response to the first request or the second request I made a week later after no response to the first. Previously when I've used the reset form I've had a reply within 3 days.
