Cant change clipboard settings to Send only

As the title suggests, once I try to change the clipboard to "Send Clipboard", it still stuck on "Use shared clipboard". tried to reinstall, switching computers and so on…

Is it a limitation specific to an account ?

any help would be appriciated.
