When remotely connecting one mobile device to another can the support provider actually manipulate the remote screen or only view and instruct the user?

    Welcome to our Community and thanks for your question!

    When using TeamViewer with an Android supported manufacturer you can configure to have the full remote control or just the screen share.
    iOS devices only allow screen share.
