can connect to remote machine from android but not winders
Hi,
I found this post, although old but again valid. I have Tensor Pro company subscription and when I first started using it on my laptop (Windows 10), it worked to connect to a remote computer (Windows 11). I then tried android version to connect from my phone to the same remote computer and it worked.
Suddenly I cannot connect to the same remote computer from my laptop, although it shows as online. I get "no connection to partner!" "Partner did not connect to router." and "Error Code: WaitforConnectFailed" error. Nothing is shown on the remote computer when I try to connect to it and get this error. My laptop TW version says up to date (version 15.59.5 C (65bit)).
I still can connect to this Windows 11 remote computer from my android phone. The quick support subscription on the remote computer is paid by a different company and colleague from that company can connect to this remote computer from his laptop.
Anyone who could point me to why this is happening suddenly? I use it for work and it is very inconvenient to have to connect from the phone.
