never receive cutomer portal activation email

After submitting my Invoice Number online as requested to activate my customer portal, the system says it will send an email with URL to me. But I NEVER receive any email allowing to activate my account portal. I have tried this several time but never works. what can I do now?

    Please double-check your spam and junk folders. We also advise adding the TeamViewer domain (@teamviewer.com) to your email server's allowed list.
