Remote pad stop the screen mirroring.

My girlfriend shall go abroad and be away for three months. In order to help her if she gets into trouble I have installed Teamviewer on her two mobile phones and her pad. Everything works just fine with the phones but there's problem with the pad. It's a Samsung Tab S7 FE. I can connect to it but as soon I shall do something I got this screen "Your partner has canceled screen mirroring". I get the same result if I connect with my pad or my mobile phone. I have try to find settings on her pad that can cause the problem but haven't find any. Any clues?
