I have the same issue.
This makes Teamviewer borderline unusable, as the actual 'click point'
is in the middle of the square. clicking small items is almost impossible.

Note this is all the local cursor. If you 'show remote' the remobte is still unviewable as it is masked by the giant square cursor.
There needs to be a way to do any of:
1) not show local cursor
2) orient the square such that the 'click point' is the top left corner (which makes it usable)
3) Fix the cursor as it should be.
4) Display remote cursor OVER the local corrupt cursor so we can kind of see what we are doing.
The strange thing is this just started happening a couple of days ago,
and neither the android app nor the desktop app updated.
