Does my remote user need Teamviewer installed in order for me to remote into his machine?

If TeamViewer is not installed on the remote device, you can run the TeamViewer QuickSupport module on the remote device. TeamViewer QuickSupport is an executable program that requires no installation. It allows users to temporarily grant access to their devices, enabling experts to connect with remote users for attended access and spontaneous remote support.
