Problem with screen refresh
Hello, we need our licenses to provide support and remote maintenance on our PLCs for customers. Recently, a problem has arisen that prevents normal work.
Attached is a short video that shows the problem. Recorded from the host, i.e. the PC on which the IDE is running. Monitor values are not displayed on either the host or the support PC. If the supporter moves the mouse a little, the data is displayed but remains static. If the host scrolls the image, the data disappears again. (Recorded twice) If the host closes TeamViewer, the data appears and and the monitoring works normaly on the local PC (IDE). We have been using this method for years without any problems. This error has recently occurred.
No settings have been changed on either the host or the supporter PC
The current version of TeamViewer is used. 15.63.4

Change the display settings to 'high' or 'true color' and switch from UDP to TCP in the network settings..

I had a similar issue with the screen not refreshing properly in TeamViewer. What worked for me was lowering the display resolution and updating my graphics drivers. Also, restarting the session sometimes helped. If you're still facing the problem, try reinstalling TeamViewer—it fixed it for me!
