Did just Teamviewer send a lawyer on me??

I don't know if it's a fake lawyer but they seem to know all my details.

I was a paying customer (paid the bill in advance) in 2024

In 2025, I didn't chose to extend the subscription as I wasn't satisfied, but I was open to continue once my issue is fixed. I sent several emails about it every time Teamviewer emailed me to pay another year. I never got a reply.

Now they demand me to pay the whole 2025 plus lawyer's fee, which is about the same amount. **bleep**

    Was the cancellation done right?

No it wasn't done right, no one gave a **** about what I wrote. But not just in January, even last year when I was complaining about a bug. I got some replies but never a solution. I had to live with the fact that I couldn't use the service the way it worked when I decided to subscribe. Convenient, after everything was paid. I thought this company was more serious. So, is this real?
