I have purchased a subscription and still showing as free, i also did the activation by clicking on an active button, but not working.. pls help me regarding this

Thank you for reaching out to the Community, and we are sorry to hear about the inconvenience with the onboarding process.
Please know that there are 2 different activations: the TeamViewer license and the customer portal after purchasing the TeamViewer license.
Could you please double-check which activation you have tried?
