Hi @.Carol.fg. It's updated. I even uninstall and reinstall it, unfortunateley I am receiving the same error.

Also, please make sure the email is correct without blank spaces before and after it.
When typing the password, click on the eye icon to confirm it's also correct. If you don't remember the password, please reset it by clicking on "Forgot your password?".
