To remote control the Zebra device without any interaction with the end-user (unattended access - Host), the Eventinjection Service must be configured. For details, please click on the following link:

Thanks, Valerie2, I have been doing this for 15 years, and hardly get this issue, where I am not able to assign the TeamViewer to our account, I thin k it is the TeamViewer server/ authentication bug that won't allow the installed / TeamViewer Host to be assigned to our account. and FYI still not resolved
