Hi. I tried to use the reset procedure, however, when I enter my Mac mini's Id, I get the message that it is not in the "expected format"… What should I do??? (My Id is in the format of three blocks of three digits…)

Can you please try deleting the space between the digits in the reset form and see if the format is accepted this time?
