How to delete a group from a device group on a free account?

Hi everyone,

I'm not sure when this group was created and I'm seeing it in mobile app, old interface of desktop app and in web management console.

How to delete without TW support if they want me to pay [removed per Community Guidelines] for a simple question to support?)

Thanks for your reply and screenshots!

Managed devices will display in the new Device group system ( icon of the folder).
Shared groups and old folders from TeamViewer Classic UI will display with the icon of "a folder with an arrow".

You would need to select the folder and remove all devices listed inside it to delete this folder; however, it seems that you don't have any Device group folder created yet - which could also be causing the problem.
Please create a new folder for the managed device by clicking on the + next to All Groups.

And then try to delete the old MyContacts folder.

Thanks for your question!

Please know that TeamViewer is free for personal use. Free users can have up to 3 managed devices (which allows unattended access setup).
To delete a managed group, you must first delete the devices inside the group. You can remove the group via:
