I signed up for a TeamViewer Business trial in November 2024 but never activated or used the paid service. My account currently shows:
- Subscription status: Terminated
- Invoice: Unpaid
- No access to paid features
- No payment method was entered
Despite this, I recently received a debt collection notice from Cedars Business Services claiming I owe [removed per Community Guidelines]. I am a free user and cannot open a support ticket, so I’m reaching out here.
Please escalate this to the appropriate internal team. I am happy to provide screenshots confirming that no service was used and no payment occurred.
