Looks like you are trying to have a session with attended remote support.
As we are explaining in the steps here in our Knowledge Base article, the supporter (who is starting the remote session) has the session link and the session code displayed in their device, which they will share with you in order to start the session.
This can be another user whom you are having the support from, or you, with another device. If that is the case, as attendance is required, you should be able to see the device you would like to provide support from. Then, you will be able to display the code and enter it in your end-device.
