I get a popup message that "ERROR Rollback framework cannot be initialized. Installation aborted".
Also a message to "REMOVE folder C:\USERS\bwing\AppData\Local\Temp\nsv5E3E.temp\nsl5E4F\TVInstallTemp\

There is a possibility that one of your folders (previously installed TeamViewer) is blocking you from installing the application, so could you please follow our Knowledge Base Article βUninstall TeamViewerβto uninstall the file?
Then, try installing TeamViewer again by following the article: Download and install TeamViewer
