Hi @Jann0791,
Welcome to the TeamViewer Community! 🥳
I’d like to introduce a general overview of what you can do with a free TeamViewer account. To begin with, we have Knowledge Base Article about how to get started with TeamViewer remote. Click here to read the article.
There are two types of remote sessions, attended and unattended, available in TeamViewer. You can use different modules, Full Version, Quick Support, and Host, to conduct remote sessions.
Attended session: the supporter (who initiates outgoing connections to a remote device for support) and the receiver (who accepts incoming connections to receive support) are present during the session
Supporters need TeamViewer Full Version.
Receivers need one of the following: TeamViewer Full Version, TeamViewer Quick Support (download from here), or TeamViewer Host (download from here)
Unattended session: while the supporter is present, the receiver is NOT present in a remote session.
Receivers need either TeamViewer Full Version or TeamViewer Host.
Please note that the free account is strictly for private use. Please check this article to find out what you can do with the free version.
I hope this helps to clear your question.
Chisa🌸
