I found an old post from 2017 asking this with no solution. We have 15 of these that I assume count toward our 500 device licenses. Regardless, we want to delete them.
The issue is that the trash button is grayed out. 2 Company Admins have tried and the option is not there. How do we fix this?
The bigger question is, why as an Admin do I have to reach out for help in deleting an object?
