Can someone please assist me. I've been using TeamViewer Remote free for many years and have a lot of computers that I support for my family. In the process of moving one of my computers to my son so he can have it and also use his TeamViewer account to manage it, somehow, we managed to mess up the password for my account. Now, I cannot login to TeamViewer at all and the "Forgot Password" does not work. I have tried resetting it via "Forgot Password" for weeks now, and I never receive an email to complete the process.
Can someone assist me with resetting my account password?
Oh … and I had to create a new account just to be able to use the community support, so this is a brand new account I created so I could post this question (since we're required to login in order to access the support portal).
