QuickSupport on Samsung Android 15

I use QuickSupport in my mom's phone to log in remotely via TeamViewer. Her Samsung phone just upgraded to Android 15 (One UI 7). Now TeamViewer on my phone doesn't appear to be sending any touch inputs anymore, so I can't do anything.

I saw a post about unattended login issues but not specifically about QuickSupport, where permission has been granted but touch inputs are being recognized. Any help is much appreciated!

I have the same problem. My mother is 94 and has macular degeneration so often needs help with her Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 ultra. I implemented the security update which she was receiving notifications about and now I can point at things but can't operate the device for her. This makes it very tricky to use and she is now close to giving up on the device altogether.

Other threads say I need to set up an "MDM environment" but the option isn't show on my Window 10 PC and I suspect it is a upgrade/paid for plan that is required.

I'm seeing the exact same thing on multiple devices. Until the device updates to Android 15, control is possible. Once the device is updated to 15, it is only possible to view. The same prompts still show on the device to Allow the connection, and to Start the screenshare. So far, yours is the first post I've found about this specific issue. If I find a solution, I'll post it, here. Please do the same. Thanks.

I've just hit the same issue - Teamviewer on an elderly relative's phone gets the 'Start recording or casting with host' screen - even if she presses 'start' then I can only view the screen. She also has macular degeneration and relies on me for support.

Are there any other (non-paid) remote support options which might help?

Another update: I tried Airdroid (different product) and hit a very similar error. Seems like it's an Andriod problem and not a TeamViewer one.
