I purchased a REMOTE ACCESS license paid for in January 2025 but I cannot activate the license with the PAC code. HOW CAN I DO IT ? I never received the activation link

Have you received a confirmation email from TeamViewer after purchasing your license? If not, could you please check your junk or spam folder as well?
You'll only need to set up a password after clicking the 'Confirm account' button in the order confirmation e-mail. This will automatically create your TeamViewer account and activate the license.
