I have loaded quickviewer onto my Mum’s iPad, I have loaded Remote Access onto mine so that I can help my Mum with problems that she is having with her IPad. We can make a connection my remote access is denied… where am i going wrong?
Hi @MumsITsupport,
Thank you for your post😊
When you initiate a remote session, please make sure that Allow access is clicked on the remote side - iPad
I’d like to kindly point out that TeamViewer, at the moment, supports live screen sharing on iPads and iPhones, but not full remote control.
To make sure you have a better understanding, here’s a helpful article that explains how to initiate a remote connection with an iOS device, including iPads: Share the screen on your iPad/iPhone
Please don’t hesitate to let us know how it goes. We’d be happy to assist you further! 😄
Thanks,
Chisa
